Figuratively Speaking: Human Figures in Art
It is always my goal as an artist to paint that which I find to be beautiful or fascinating, to provoke in the viewer thoughtfulness and emotion. My artistic depictions of the human form are, to me, studies or portrayals of God's finest and final creations, the male and female human. Endlessly fascinating machines. No two alike. Fearfully and wonderfully made.
This mailing list is for anyone who wishes to be notified when I post drawings, sketches or paintings of the human figure. These are of both male and female forms, though predominantly female.
Please note: "Human Figures in Art" imagery will very likely contain nudity, since most of the art is from Life Drawing or Life Paintingworkshops. I do not believe any of my art depicting nudes are sexually provocative, however I do respect that tastes differ among us all.
I do not send these images to my general lists because some people are uncomfortable with such subject matter, and it is my desire to be respectful of their sensitivities.
If you are unsure, you can always subscribe or unsubscribe yourself later.
Scam and Eggs
Scam and Eggs has little-or-nothing to do with art. It is a compilation of my made-up responses to the real so-called Nigerian Scam e-mails. They are decidedly off-beat, humorous and exceptionally sarcastic. It's all in fun, but it's all real.
